Typical full time senior business development representatives are expected to earn  $42,000 to $65,000.  Over achievers, innovators and creators be aware this is no-cap commission opportunity, earnings altitude will be determined by your individual ability and effort.

The Job   

• This position is great for the individual who has a steady schedule, but can not work full time. The schedule and the days can be very flexible.
• The Junior Business Development Rep will be responsible for increasing sales of our Pest Control Solutions to residential customers in an assigned territory.  You will call on existing customers; leads we provide and leads you develop to grow business.  You will also work with senior management, customer service and our technicians to provide excellent service to your clients and prospects.  But this is not a service position- you must be willing to CLOSE new accounts..

What we provide:

• Training- Both sales and product
• Salary plus Commission- First year earning potential for Full-Time is $32,000 to $65,000 (no cap on commissions). Your earnings will be based upon the amount of time you invest into your position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent- College is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Good computer skills including familiarity with Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to adjust to changing work demands
• Self-Starter- must be able to work independently as well as with a team
• Excellent Communication Skills.
